Our gym offers a variety of exercise equipment, machines, free weights, and more. Gym members receive a code to enter on the keypad for gym access. Gym hours are 4:00am to 11pm. Memberships are limited! Use the button below to register.

  • Individual Gym Membership $35/month

  • Couples Membership $50/month

  • Family Membership $60/month

  • Discounted to $25/month for military, police, firefighters

MEET THE TRAINER:

 

Fitness is my passion, but I definitely wasn't always fit. Waking up one day and realizing there was more to life than sitting around feeling miserable and watching life go by, I started on my own journey of losing 115 pounds. Through my weight loss journey, I found my true self and discovered how to actually LIVE life, enjoy activities I once couldn't, and keep up with my kids. I decided to dedicate my life to helping others achieve their goals; whether it's just starting, progressing, learning more or simply supporting others in taking control of their lives again. I want to help others change their lifestyle for the better and be the strongest, best and healthiest versions of themselves.
